We provide reliable, fast delivery for trade accounts and local customers, ensuring your order reaches you on time and in perfect condition. Our experienced delivery teams cover South Wales, Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas from our Cardiff, Swansea and Gloucester branches.

Delivery Service Details

At PPW, we are committed to providing a fast and efficient delivery service. We operate our own fleet of vehicles, enabling us to offer reliable delivery within a 40-mile radius of our branches.

Standard Delivery

  • PPW Trade Customers: For orders placed before 3pm, we aim to provide next working day delivery, subject to planned routes and stock availability.
  • Retail Customers: Please allow up to four working days for delivery, subject to planned routes and stock availability.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £100 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery.
  • Standard Charge: For orders under £100 excluding VAT, a standard delivery charge of £10 plus VAT applies.
  • Specific Day: If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact your local branch and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional charges may apply.

Click and Collect

  • Collection: Click and Collect is available within one hour of placing your online order.

Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We require a responsible adult to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
  • Please ensure there is adequate access for our delivery vehicles. If access is restricted, please inform us when placing your order.
  • Any damages or shortages must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery paperwork.
  • For large or bulky items, our drivers may require assistance with offloading.
  • Delivery times exclude items that are not in stock or are special order items.

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item or arrange a collection, please contact the branch from which you made your purchase. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details of our returns policy.

Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as we are unable to accept returns without it.

Online orders returned within 14 days of receipt and in a resalable condition will be fully refunded. Orders returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% handling charge to cover restocking costs.

When returning items, please note the following:

  • Before returning your order within the 30-day period, contact us on 029 2078 7565 with your order number, invoice number and reason for the return. This information enables us to identify your order when it is returned.
  • The cost of returns must be covered by the customer. We do not provide a collection service.
  • Returned items must be in a perfect, as-new and resalable condition. Cellophane protection must not be removed, goods must not be cut or drilled, fittings must not have been fitted and packaged items must not have been opened.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us by telephone on 029 2078 7565. Please also email sales@ppwgroup.co.uk after calling to confirm.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you may be responsible for any costs incurred retrieving it.

Replacements for Damaged or Faulty Items

Free replacements for damaged items are only possible if you check your parcels for signs of damage before signing for delivery. If you are unable to check the goods, or the driver is unable to wait, please sign as unchecked.

If signing as unchecked, please notify us of any damage by emailing sales@ppwgroup.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will only be able to investigate damage if these guidelines are followed.

Any damages reported after this period may be deemed to have occurred while the items were in your care, and no claim may be possible.
